MPP Thompson Honours Outstanding Citizens

Blyth – Yesterday, Huron-Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson hosted her annual New Year’s Levee at Teeswater Town Hall to announce the recipients of the 2014 Huron-Bruce Outstanding Citizen Award.

Marking the end of 2014 and beginning of a new year, MPP Thompson used the evening to recognize citizens who have distinguished themselves as community leaders and made considerable contributions to Huron and Bruce counties over the last year.

“It was a great pleasure to host tonight’s event. Huron-Bruce is a better place because of the efforts of these individuals, and it is important to recognize the work that they do every day”, said Thompson.
