MPP Thompson Launches Website to Better Assist Constituents

(Queen’s Park)—To coincide with the opening of two new constituency offices, Lisa Thompson, MPP (Huron-Bruce) has officially launched her new website today to better assist the constituents of Huron-Bruce.

The website, is designed to be another way Thompson can connect with constituents. The site contains press releases, photos, frequently asked questions, contact information, and a personal message from Thompson, along with information on how to connect via social media sites Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.

“My website is just another way to be accessible in the community, and ensure that the people of Huron-Bruce are able to get the assistance they need,” said Thompson.

Thompson’s site includes information on how to acquire a birth, marriage or death certificate, how to obtain a drivers license and a health card, information on organ and tissue donation in Ontario, outlines the responsibilities of the three different levels of government, along with much more information.

“It is also a way for me to keep constituents updated with what is happening at Queen’s Park,” said Thompson. “I want constituents to feel like they are a part of what is happening at Queen’s Park, not disconnected. I look forward to keeping constituents up-to-date as to what is happening in the community on”
